With all respect to John Lennon, this is an ongoing series of works focusing on walls, bridges, and surfaces along the LA River. Like a face that has earned its share of wrinkles – all the river’s cracks, shadows, and textures tell the long history of storms, floods, drought, trash, and now development that it has withstood and endured.
